These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PepperPep.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Pepper Health Products LLC dba PepperPep.com (“PepperPep,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility

4. Purchaser Representations

By purchasing Research Products, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old; you are purchasing the products for legitimate research purposes; you possess the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and experience appropriate for safely handling the materials purchased; and you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, transportation, storage, handling, research use, and disposal of a product are lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. No Medical Advice

Nothing on PepperPep.com constitutes medical advice.

Product descriptions, scientific discussions, research summaries, references, articles, graphics, studies, mechanisms of action, biochemical information, or other educational materials are provided for informational and research-reference purposes only.

Such documentation describes only the characteristics evaluated by the particular laboratory test.

A COA, purity percentage, assay result, or laboratory report does not constitute FDA approval, evidence of clinical effectiveness, evidence of safety for humans or animals, or authorization for therapeutic use.

Where third-party laboratories perform testing, their reports remain subject to the methodologies, limitations, and representations of those laboratories.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, quantities, photographs, specifications, availability, and other information.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPPER HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
