1. Research Use Only

Products designated as “Research Use Only,” “For Research Purposes Only,” or “Not for Human Consumption” and offered through PepperPep.com (“Research Products”) are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, and scientific research purposes.

Research Products are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption. They are not offered or intended for use as drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or therapeutic products.

2. Not for Human or Veterinary Use

Research Products sold by PepperPep.com are not intended to be:

• Consumed, ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, or otherwise administered to humans or animals;
• Used for self-experimentation or personal use;
• Used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition;
• Used to alter the structure or function of the human or animal body;
• Used for therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or recreational purposes;
• Used as ingredients in food, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or products intended for human or veterinary use; or
• Compounded, repackaged, relabeled, or resold for human or veterinary administration.

The designation “Research Use Only” does not represent or imply that a Research Product has been approved for human use.

3. Purchaser Representation

By purchasing a Research Product from PepperPep.com, the purchaser represents and warrants that:

The purchaser is at least 18 years of age and has the knowledge, facilities, training, and experience reasonably necessary to handle the purchased materials safely and lawfully.

The purchaser further represents that Research Products will be obtained and used solely for legitimate research purposes and not for human or veterinary consumption or administration.

Purchasers are responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, handling, storage, transportation, use, or disposal of a particular Research Product is permitted under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Pepper Health Products LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when it reasonably believes a Research Product may be purchased or used for a purpose inconsistent with this policy.

4. No Medical Advice

Information appearing on PepperPep.com, including product descriptions, research summaries, references to published studies, mechanisms of action, biochemical pathways, or other scientific information, is provided solely for general informational and research-reference purposes.

Nothing contained on PepperPep.com constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescribing information, dosing instructions, or instructions for human or veterinary administration.

Research information should not be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation of human use.

5. Research Information and Scientific Literature

PepperPep.com may discuss scientific literature concerning compounds offered as Research Products.

References to published research, biological mechanisms, experimental findings, or areas of scientific investigation are intended to describe subjects being investigated by researchers and do not establish that a product is safe or effective for human use.

Results obtained in laboratory, animal, preclinical, or other experimental research should not automatically be interpreted as demonstrating corresponding effects in humans.

6. Product Specifications and Testing

7. No Instructions for Human Administration

Pepper Health Products LLC does not provide instructions regarding human dosing, injection, ingestion, reconstitution for administration, cycling, therapeutic protocols, or other methods of human or veterinary administration for Research Products.

Questions requesting instructions for human or veterinary use may be declined.

Any information concerning concentrations, molecular weights, laboratory preparation, analytical standards, or experimental methods is provided solely within a legitimate research context.

8. Customer Responsibility

The purchaser assumes responsibility for the proper handling, storage, transportation, use, and disposal of Research Products.

Research chemicals may possess properties that have not been fully characterized. Appropriate laboratory procedures, personal protective equipment, containment practices, and applicable safety protocols should therefore be used.

Purchasers should review available safety and technical documentation and independently determine appropriate procedures for their intended research.

9. Prohibited Resale or Redistribution

Research Products purchased from PepperPep.com may not be marketed, represented, repackaged, relabeled, distributed, or resold as products intended for human or veterinary consumption or therapeutic use.

Pepper Health Products LLC may refuse future transactions with customers whom it reasonably believes have violated this restriction.

10. Regulatory Status

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Research Products offered by PepperPep.com have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary therapeutic use.

Nothing on PepperPep.com should be interpreted as representing that a Research Product is approved, authorized, cleared, or recognized by any regulatory authority for human consumption or medical treatment.

11. Marketing and Product Claims

Pepper Health Products LLC intends Research Product information to be presented accurately and without misleading representations regarding safety, efficacy, regulatory approval, or intended use.

Federal advertising principles require marketers to consider both explicit statements and claims that consumers could reasonably infer from the overall presentation of a product. The FTC also requires appropriate substantiation for objective health-related claims.

Accordingly, Research Product photographs, customer communications, educational materials, social-media content, product descriptions, and other PepperPep.com materials should be interpreted together with the Research Use Only designation and this policy.

12. Refusal and Cancellation of Orders

Pepper Health Products LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse, restrict, cancel, or refund an order when there is reason to believe that:

The purchaser intends to use a Research Product for human or veterinary consumption or administration; the purchaser has misrepresented the intended purpose of the purchase; fulfilling the transaction may violate applicable law or company policy; or additional verification of the purchaser or intended research use is reasonably necessary.

13. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing a Research Product through PepperPep.com, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Research Use Only Policy and agrees to use Research Products solely for lawful research purposes consistent with this policy.
